March vlog part 2

This is the second part of March’s vlog, and I said I’d stick to half an hour but, it’s 45 minutes! 🙈
I’ve cut out so much, there was originally four hours of footage! YIKES!

In part two of this video there’s a trip to Hoxton Bakehouse Winchester, pizza at Supermarine* in Woolston, an introduction to Gus the pug puppy, a trip to see Don Giovanni the opera at Mayflower Theatre*, brunch at South Coast Roast in Bournemouth, a Mauritian brunch at Lakaz Maman* in Southampton and dinner and a poker lesson at Grosvenor Casinos*. And, breathe!

Now you can see why I couldn’t fit it all into one half an hour post! 😂

There’s also a great interview with Shelina Permalloo, the 2012 winner of Masterchef UK and the owner of Lakaz Maman, a Mauritian street food restaurant in Bedford Place, Southampton.

She’s so lovely and offers great insight into what it takes to set up your own business.

It’s been a jam-packed month full of highs and lows, the biggest surprise was the opera. I really didn’t think it was going to be my thing. But, it was dramatic, funny and engaging.

Gus, the pug puppy is adorable. So utterly gorgeous and a real character already. He likes to get cosy and snuffle at my hair. I can’t wait to watch him grow. He belongs to my Aunt, so I should imagine when I next see him he’ll be a lot bigger. I’ll take photographs and some video when I see him next.
