Citrus based Tiger Gin was the perfect companion to an evening sat in the sun enjoying the longest day of the year.
I’m a big gin fan and have a bit of a collection on the go, and I am always looking to try something I’ve not had before.
Take a look at Tiger Gin and its tasting notes…

Tiger Gin is light and refreshing. Along with all the normal botanicals that flavour a gin like juniper, Angelica root and coriander seeds, it has Spanish dried lemon and orange peel giving it that zesty sweet flavour while accentuating the other botanicals.
Keeping it light and sweet is Liquorice root powder from the Mediterranean and taking any sharpness away and adding warmth id ground nutmeg from the West Indies.

This is a great all round fruity gin and excellent with some wedges of orange in it to help bring out the flavour.
I’d like to try this with a flavoured tonic as I think this would make a totally different drink too. It’s a kind of gin that you can either make super fresh with additional citrus, make it warmer with crunchy pink pepper pods or take in a totally different direction with a flavoured tonic water.
It was the perfect refreshing drink to quench my thirst sat in the sun on the longest day of the year.
A big thank you to the team at Tiger Gin for sending me a sample to review on my blog!*
Cheers!
