Would you believe me when I say The National Army Museum is like a beautiful art gallery for the Army’s history?
Well, you should. It’s beautiful, well thought through, in the heart of Chelsea a short walk from Sloane Square and it doesn’t cost a penny to go in!
I’ll just say, while I’m probably not the target demographic of the museum, I will definitely be keeping an eye out on its future exhibitions.
At the time of writing this there had just been an exhibition on graphic design and one opened on the day I went called Tribute Ink, based on armed forces tattoos.
What a great discovery!

Jersey’s restaurant scene is thriving and a heavy weight punching well above its size is Locke’s Coffee and Grub.
This glass fronted ex-record shop is now an awesome restaurant with a friendly team, incredible coffee and awesome food.
A trip to Jersey isn’t complete if you’ve not visited, and it easily shot to the top of my favourite restaurants on the island.

It had been a long time since I’d visited Kew Gardens and I had certainly never been to on if its ‘after dark’ events.
American artist Dale Chihuly created some beautiful glass sculptures influenced by flora and fauna which was a natural fit for the Royal Botanic Gardens in London.
This magical exhibition cleverly used colour, light and music to bring a magnificent artistic twist to the landscape while giving exclusive access to the gardens after hours.
I tried my best to capture these stunning installations, take a look…

Happy Winter Solstice!
Celebrating the shortest day of the year at Stonehenge in Wiltshire is a real privilege. Winter and summer solstice is the only time of the year you can go into the stone circle and touch them. It’s totally incredible and my second year spending solstice at the stones.
The unique experience is one to tick off the bucket list for many people and CCN Travel were interested in my trip and images to share with their readers…
