Coastal Remedy, Southsea

Coastal Remedy has a carefully curated a selection of lifestyle, travel, food and literature products that promote wellness. It stocks some really great wellbeing items, that travel, cooking, yoga and interior fans will love.

A shop is a little switch up from my normal travel and food content. But, rules are made to be broken, right?

The shop channels all those travel and wellbeing vibes that connect with what I do here on the blog making it a good fit. Plus, it’s really important to shop locally and support independents. All the different independent business ventures is what make our towns and cities fun and vibrant places to shop, eat, drink and travel to.

Head to Marmion Road in Southsea, to find Coastal Remedy and products that help promote a balance lifestyle.

The Liberty Lounge launches in Portsmouth

The Liberty Lounge launches in Portsmouth

There’s not many places after school and University where you can go to learn, grow and find your identity.

I don’t know about you but I’m still evolving, I don’t ever think we stop. Weirdly, some people think this stops as we get older? And, there isn’t many spaces to explore your interests or who you are.

I’m so pleased that a new creative space for women has opened in Southsea – I’m so here for this!

It’s called The Liberty Lounge and, using their words, they’ve opened a ‘mind-gym’. I love this concept and can’t wait to see what they do with the space, how they’ll support women and what classes and workshops they’ll hold.

Take a look at The Liberty Lounge

An evening of mindfulness with Wagamama at Gunwharf Quays

[AD] Recently I was invited for an evening of mindfulness and conversation to mark Wagamama’s partnership with mental health charity Mind at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth.

This was a gifted dinner but, all opinions are my own otherwise what’s the point?! You can’t buy my opinion and I firmly believe talking about mental health and that breaking the stigma surrounding it is very important!
